These terms apply to everyone who uses KmerMarket (https://kmermarketshopping.com). By creating an account you accept them.
1. The service
KmerMarket lets private individuals in Cameroon publish and browse classified ads (offers and requests). KmerMarket is only a host: it is not the seller, the buyer or an intermediary in the sale, and it does not handle any payment.
2. Price, payments and refunds
The service is free: creating an account, publishing and consulting listings cost nothing and there are no hidden fees. KmerMarket never asks for or collects a payment, so there is nothing to refund. Payments between buyers and sellers are made directly between them, under their own responsibility. If paid options are ever introduced, their price will be shown clearly before any purchase and these terms will be updated with a refund policy.
3. Who can use KmerMarket
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You give accurate information and keep your password secret. One person, one account.
4. Your listings
- Describe the item or service honestly, with its real price and your own photos (or photos you have the right to use).
- Forbidden: illegal items or services, weapons, drugs, counterfeits, stolen goods, animals of protected species, adult content, fake or misleading listings, and any content that is hateful, violent or infringes someone's rights.
- You remain the owner of your content and allow KmerMarket to display it on the site for as long as the listing is online.
5. Moderation and reports
Anyone can report a listing. Moderators may hide, refuse or remove a listing that breaks these terms, and suspend an account in case of repeated or serious abuse. A listing reported by several different people is hidden until a moderator checks it. To report illegal content, use the "Report" button on the listing or write to support@kmermarketshopping.com.
6. Safety advice
Meet in a public place, check the item before paying, never send money in advance to someone you do not know, and never share your passwords or bank codes.
7. Responsibility
Each user is responsible for their listings and their transactions. KmerMarket does its best to keep the site available and safe but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of listings published by users.
8. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time in My account; your listings are removed at the same time.
9. Changes and applicable law
These terms may change; the date at the top shows the latest version. They are governed by French law. Before any legal action, please contact us so we can try to find a solution together.
